I work for a non-profit and we have had 5 of these tablets donated already factor reset. Have tried as many workarounds as I could find to bypass the FRP, but none seem to work. Most seem to depend on getting the setup to a Chrome page, and there doesn't appear to be a path for this model. Happy to use a PC Windows or Linux tool if I could be sure they worked. Any ideas?

I have an Acer Iconia Tab A500 that is locked and we don't remember the password. We can not perform a hard reset - we get the Android guy with an exclamation point. There is no SD card in the unit. Please help!

Some time ago my cat landed on my Acer and cracked the outer glass from top to bottom. The unit still works ok and the crack is so tight it cannot be felt. Is it possible just to replace the outer glass or do other components near to be changed as well.?

My tablet is working I can hear my music playing through my head phones. But the screen stays black when I press the power button I can barely see the screen light up showing that it is on. Help please. Before the screen went black it was glitching out

Acer Iconia One 10 B3-A30 Repair: Home button getting in the way of Netflix buttons

Hello. I think Netflix must have recently updated their app and moved some buttons around because now some of the menu buttons are at the bottom of the screen. The problem is that my tablet is permanently displaying the home and back buttons in the app so I can’t get to the Netflix menu buttons. For example I try to press Downloads but the home button is over the top so it just clears the app. I tried swiping down to see if it would remove the tablet buttons but they don't clear and I can’t get anywhere on the Netflix app. Any ideas? Is there a way to rollback the app to a previous version or to change a setting so that the home button isn’t permanently in the way?

i have an acer iconia one 7 b1-770 7 inch tablet. i accidentally changed the screenlock code and don’t know the new code. i tried opening the recovery window volume up and on/off buttons but the screen shows fastboot on the bottom left hand side of the screen and stays on this screen. how do i unlock it?

Acer Iconia A100: Forgotten password, tried hard reset but not working

My son forgot his password. I tried the reset button, nothing happened. I also tried the hard reset and all I get is a green Android with a red triangle in it. When I press the up or down buttons it opens a screen to wipe system clean i press the home button but it does nothing. Please help!!! What should I do next?
