My phone was brand new working fine the day I was arrested. 3 months later when I was released the Screen was with out cracks or any kind of damage but the display was flickering in and out, and eventually it just went blank. Is this most likely because it was probably thrown around with my property bag threw out the months or could it be moister??? is that worth haveing repaired??

Why do I get no mobile service or no cell messages it say no mobile network I have talked with tech support twice for hours of waiting no help. This a a new phone. I reset it back to the factory settings nothing. Pulled the sims card in and out q help. It worked for one week and then nothing. The wifi and such works. It over 30 day warranty. Does anyone no what is wrong. PS it has a non removable battery any help is appreciated! They did say they would make out a certificate for a new sims card but not sure that will fix it. I can't afford to go buy another phone this was a Xmas gift

The left one is marked with GPS so I guess it is for GPS but the right one is only marked as S.03 on the flex.

Hi, my friend gave me a Alcatel OneTouch Pixi Eclipse phone because the touch screen has problems. i have a Droid Turbo as my main phone want use this for music but want to be able to connect the pixi to my droid through BT and use my tethering to access the internet. Everytime i connect the BT it sees both phones but does not give me the option for Internet Access Over BT. I can confirm that they are connected and talking to each other. Just no option for internet access on the Pixi.

Any ideas?

Hi so like half of my Idol 3 screen cracked and now it's not working so anytime I want to y'know use that half, I have to use the reversible feature and turn it over and then turn it back to continue what I'm doing. Idk if you get me. So I want to fix my screen but I'm seeing lcd, screen digitizer and some without lcd and I'm confused so I just want to ask, how is an Alcatel idol 3 screen actually like. Does it have LCD or screen digitizer or whatever so I'd know the right screen to get. Please answer

Alcatel One Touch Idol 3: sub board flex cable scratch does it stop the phone to stop working?

I scratch my sub board trying to replace the lcd screen and digitize when removed the battery it cost fire for bout 2 seconds. i replace the battery. i notices my sub board look like it was scratch deeply. my power button look ok but i can't get it to turn on. the logo screen come on and showing the battery charging. could it be that i damages the sub board flex cable? please can someone help me i really love my alcatel one touch idol 3 thanks so much.

my handset is alcatel one touch idol x. some days ago my younger brother poured water on my phone.then he tried to open the phone for water safety.after that,when he fixed it and start up the phone and my display was blank,though it was running.I attach a picture of it.and now its condition is look like that.my navigator key has lighted.what is the problm of display and how can I fix it?????
