Alcatel One Touch Feature Phone: How can I start a bootlooping phone in Safe Mode?

Hi everyone. Exactly a week today at this time, I updated Podcast Addict on my Alcatel One Touch M'pop 5020D. No I did not download it myself. I got it from a friend through an app share file. I only found the need to use it last week and I was prompted to update it, after which it shut down immediately I opened it. And then other apps started shutting down too. So before going to bed I restarted the cell. I woke up at dawn to realize it was stuck in bootloop.

I've tried wiping the cache partition and performing a factory reset in Recovery Mode, but that hasn't helped. Fortunately or unfortunately (I'm currently in a state of confusion as to whether or not this was a good decision after all) my phone is not rooted. I therefore can not apply several options in fixing this. I'd like to know if there's anyway, any medium at all, that I can boot into Safe Mode so I can uninstall the Podcast Addict. And probably other apps I'd received from another friend during that same week. Thanks for the help.

I want to chang out the broken glass on an Alcatel Onetouch .. the only ones i can find are the pop , Alcatel one, 3 or 7. Is there one that would be the same size and work with the original model? It shows a diff model than we have but it was not one of the options. Ours is the original onetouch trackphone

Hello I have an alactel my flip 2 and the SIM card is permenantly locked it does work without one but it’s annoying to constantly say “no SIM card” on the screen, is there anyway to fix this? Thanks also it wouldn’t let me select this phone so I will provide some pictures

Charging Jack appears to be BROKEN!

I can charge my battery on my friends phone. He has the same Alcatel one touch, purchased a few yrs ago.

OK first off

Number one problem

It randomly stops working with chargers even really good chargers

Second off

So today I had it st 31% and I was talking to my friend and it didnt turn off ot just turned on then i called her again and I saw it rapidly drop from 31% to 3% as if it was spinning I saw each number go by

I freaked out "WHOA WHOA WHOA CRYSTAL MY PHONES DYING" and I plugged it in when I plugged it in it went down to 2% so I hung up and it shut off for a hour then it finally turned on and it still said 2% I had it charging the whole time

3 hours later and it powered off once more turned on said 2% then I looked at it and just like before it rapidly went up to a 100% now I unplugged it but every half second a percentage of the battery would go down at 75% 2 mins after I unplugged it , it powered off and ive tried everything I can think off but it won't turn on

So please give me methods

I'm just a kid but I need my phone to call my family and for school work to talk to a friend or two for fun or to ask a question and its the only phone I have if it breaks I'm not getting another unless I buy it

So please answer

I have an Alcatel Flip Go (not the same model as posted) and I was on a vacation this weekend and wanted to send my boyfriend some pictures of the mountains. When I put the 7th image on the message it did a weird thing and the send button went away and I've restarted my phone at least 20 times and it won't let me delete the pictures or send him a message. It's been over a day and when I click the options button the delete attatchments option doesn't appear like it should. I have no idea what to do!! Please help!
