The battery was almost full before it shut down.

The phone shut down completely without any warning, error message, overheating, restart, or unusual behavior beforehand.

After that, the phone became completely unresponsive:

  • No ASUS logo appears
  • No vibration when pressing the power button
  • No charging indicator LED
  • The phone is not detected by my PC when connected via USB
  • The phone does not get warm while charging

I have already tried:

  • Using different chargers and USB cables
  • Holding the Power button for more than 30 seconds
  • Holding Power + Volume Up for more than 30 seconds
  • Charging the phone for several hours

The phone has been dropped several times in the past, so I am wondering if the issue could be related to the motherboard or power management IC.

Is there any way to diagnose the problem or recover my data?

En le redémarrant j'ai les messages : en jaune android recovery asus/WW_Phone/ASUS_X00HD_4 8.1.0/0PM1.171019.011/15.2016.1909.526-1 user/release-keys Use volume up/down and power. et l'autre en rouge : Can't load android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device. Du coup on peut faire try again ou factory data reset. J'ai tenté plusieurs fois try again mais en vain il ne me reste plus que reset
