My camera is completely dead. It neither turns on nor charges. I bought a new battery, thinking the problem was due to the battery, but it's still the same. What should I do?

I changed my camera battery to one that is compatible with this model. However, when i turn it on, it turns on but the screen remains dark, and the lense don’t activate or go forward. Also when I turn it on, i cannot turn it off, and I need to literally take out the battery for it to turn off.

GoPro Hero 10 Black: Camera only powers on with external cable

The go pro only powers on after connected to a USB-C cord for 1 minute. After that you can unplug it and it'll stay on.
With a battery in, it works but the battery percentage Indicator shows no battery.

As you can see, it looks as if the brightness had been turned up super high (IDK what exactly this problem is called). I have confirmed it's just the screen. The photos are fine. I can still make out some stuff when I view the camera at an angle, with the bottom of the camera facing me.

I tried factory resetting it using the "Initialize" option but that didn't help. Also tried removing and re-seating the LCD ribbon cable. Any chance I can get away with not having to replace the screen?

When i turn on the camera, the lens focusing two or three times open and close, then the message comes "TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN" in the display.

my friend took her Canon Powershot G7 to a repair shop as her camera isn’t turning on anymore. They told her that there’s no issue with the battery and it is probably an electrical problem. However, since the camera is old now, he won’t do the repair. I wanted to ask if anyone has experience in sending their Cameras to be repaired to individuals who are experienced in repairing older canon cameras (preferably somewhere in Europe)

Fujifilm Camera: Instax Mini Evo doesn't develop pictures

I received my instax Mini EVO about a year ago as a gift and up until today it has been working perfectly fine (with both taking pictures and printing them). Admittedly I use it most often by taking pictures only, so i rarely print pictures and have never replaced the first film cartridge i put inside (had two prints left, but the film was still not expired).

Today I tried to print from the app and the pucture came out completely black.

To troubleshoot I updated the app and firmware to their latest versions (ver. 1.09), and yet another picture came out completely black too. My next guess was to change the film cartridge (both old one and new one aren't expired), but nothing came out of that too, only another completely black polaroid.

I don't understand what could be wrong? I have taken good care of the camera and never dropped it or mishandled it, and the last time I tried to print something a couple months ago it worked completely fine, both via the camera itself and the app.

Could someone point me to a possible solution?

For context, my friend gave me this ixus 95 (Sd1200) camera to keep, and it said to replace the battery so i charged it up, and it worked fine. When i tried to use the autofocus function, since it was still blurry, it wouldn't work, so i kept trying and eventually the camera effectively crashed, leaving the lens extended, now every time i power it on, it does a couple clicking noises then hands me a lens error. I was looking at the lens and the gap between the lens itself and the casing it a little uneven. I want to know if there is anyway to fix it. (for added context, my friend had it in their room for a while and its been a while since they tried turning it on.

my zoom toggle seems to be very tempermental when trying to zoom in and i wanted to see if there were any issues but i cannot open the camera enough to see the toggle because i cannot get the panel with the mode dial off of the main body

I dropped my Olympus camera and now the shutter is stuck closed and it won't turn on. When I try to power it up, it makes a whirring/grinding noise.

I'm trying to open the casing to check the motherboard and ribbon cables, but I can't find a screwdriver that fits deep enough into the recessed holes. More importantly, I keep getting shocked by the camera while trying to reach the screws, even with the battery removed.

1. What is the safest way to discharge the flash capacitor so I stop getting shocked?

2. What specific screwdriver size/type do I need for these deep, narrow holes? (JIS #000?)

3. Are there any hidden screws I should look for?

I've attached a photo of the camera and the screws I'm struggling with. Any help would be appreciated!

I bought the camera with a used lens, and when I try to use the AF, it always gets "stuck" and if the focus is very close, it doesn't move at all (when it's open, it closes and then gets stuck), I have also noticed that the zoom movement is not as smooth as it should be (mainly when I am at 22mm), it gets slightly stuck and then works normally. I have already tried other lenses and the AF with my body (Canon T5) works perfectly. Is it feasible to try to repair it?
