TomTom VIA 1605TM: Won't connect to computer

Seems to be problem within the tom tom that the computers do not recognize it. Have had their people remotely work and find all seems to be well in the computer. I am on Windows 10 - also tried it on older "Vista" operating computer and same thing. Is there someone out there (hopefully in central Florida) that has the ability to fix/refurbish the device for me?

the plug, (socket) on back is faulty i think, because the cable wont plug in securely so gps keeps coming on and off, power.

Garmin GPS: ZUMO XT battery died. Replace with Battery# 361-00077-00? Connector?

Garmin is silly. My ZUMO XT GPS battery went bad. They say I have to send it back. F' that. I want to fix it on my own...or with your help. Battery# 361-00077-00 is what Batteries Plus said I should buy, however, the connector is part of the problem. Anyone have experience in this world?

Garmin Nuvi 200: nuvi 200 stopped locating satellites.

Worked fine, then: searching for satellites forever. Everything else is working. Updated software, chipset, downloaded new maps, reset it dozen times, put it outside away from buildings for a day and it is still somewhere in Kansas.

Any help?
