HP Envy 7640: Why can I not copy 2 sided paper

Why can I not copy 2 sided. I follow the manual and when it says load second document I try to flip the paper over and it says to hit ok, but that never appears.

Hello,

The printer is no longer detected by any of my devices, whether connected wirelessly or through USB, and the screen is solid blue. The touch-buttons next to the screen do light up. Pressing the power button does nothing, even when held down for over a minute. I tried unplugging it (from power) and plugging it back in multiple times in quick succession as well as waiting several hours to plug it back in, and nothing changes.

At this point I believe I'm out of options for interacting with it from the outside. Any help narrowing down the problem and/or fixing it is welcome.

HP Envy 4520: Clearing a paper jam

I can’t get hold of enough paper to slowly pull it out. The jam is at the front small roller, not under the paper path drawer. Paper has rolled around the front roller several times and there is about 1/4” of paper sticking out, not enough to pull

HP Envy 7640: Printer will not print on Server 2008 but will on Windows 10

I know Windows Server 2008 is a little old, but it works for what I am using it for! I am trying to install this printer on the server and it will install the drivers and software just fine, but when I click print it says it is printing but will not do anything, there is not any response on the printer.

I did the same thing on a Windows 10 computer and it all worked first shot, the only difference was I was using wireless rather than USB. I have tried using USB and Ethernet on the Server computer and both end with the same results.

I have contacted HP but they will not help due to the Operating System. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, getting the IP and manually adding it to the printer in the Printers section, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, updated the driver with all the same results.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I recently bought a few packs of Quirkii Matte Adhesive Paper (200GSM, 210mmx297mm) but am having major troubles printing it on my HP Envy 5530 printer. The paper feeds through for a few centimeters before becoming ‘jammed’ before anything gets printed. I’ve tried playing around with paper settings, cleaning the rollers and even trimming down the sticker paper for it to feed through easier but nothing seems to work with this stock at all, just normal A4 printing paper. According to the specifications of the printer on HP’s website I should be able to use this paper with no issues. Anyone got any suggestions please?
