Huawei Mate 20 lite: Blackscreen but everything works

My Phone fell in the toilet. After letting it dry in rice (3hours). I started my phone and i could see the huawei logo on it then after that a blackscreen came with time on it. I could do a hardreset too and i did it but again a blackscreen came with time on it.Then i decided to open it and do a dissasembly. At first i detached the flex cable and i started my phone. The blackscreen with time was gone and i could use my phone but without wlan. Then after that i dissasmbled all the parts of my phone and tried to clean them. after i did that and put everything back in the phone only showed me a blackscreen. I can hear a sound from it. it can vibrate.for example i can do a screenshot and i can hear the sound from it.I bought a new touchscreen but the problem is the same it only shows me a blackscreen but when i start my phone the touchscreen gets a little bit brighter.

Huawei Mate 8: Where is the smart cover sensor on the phone?

Hi, I’ve replaced the USB charging port successfully and everything works fine, except the smart cover. Seems its magnet isn’t recognized anymore and the screen doesn’t lock on closing the cover. Any idea where the sensor recognizing the magnet is? Might it be on the USB charging port board I replaced?

i've recently bought a replacement genuine version LCD for my mate 10 , it was working for a day then stopped , i did some research only to find that the battery may have been damaged in the process , i then got the battery replaced , this worked again for a day and now the phone completely stopped working .

Huawei Mate 8: Replacing battery without battery adhesive strips, ok or not?

I've already bought a new battery and about to replace it into my Huawei Mate 8. I watched the video showing how to replace the battery from Youtube which mentioned that once taking out the old battery, I need to place two adhesive strips to stick the new battery into the tray. However, I don't have the strips. My question is "Can I just ignore it, and continue replacing the new battery without the strips, or I should buy stripes to make sure everything is good in the long run.
