Joy-Con: The right bumper R1 tactile button fell off of the PCB on my joy con

The tactile button for the R Bumper (r1) on my switch joy con fell off. I had dropped the controller and needed to replace the shell because it got cracked and noticed the button was missing. At some point it came loose but the PCB looks ok and the controller otherwise works just fine. I found the past online for avg $2 but I don't have a solder kit. Is there a way to replace this button, I went to ubreakifix and techy and they weren't a lot of help.

Joy-Con: My console just won’t register my left joy con

Hey there!

I got a switch last year. When I put the left joy con in the grid / dock, the display still shows me that it is in the handheld mode. I always have to find the right position for it to charge properly.

I went to the store last month and got it replaced, but the issue is still occurring.

Is this a known issue? Could it be the console itself that is having a loose wire / cable?

Joy-Con: Issues with a Nintendo Switch Joycon not turning on or connecting.

So, I have been having issues with one of my left Joycons. The issue is that it has difficulty turning on and connecting to the switch. At first, I thought it was just the rail, but when I tried connecting wirelessly, it refused to turn on despite the full charge. After several attempts, it did turn on, but for both wireless and physically connected, if I turn off the switch itself for more than a second, I have to go through the process of trying to reconnect the Joycon. Is the issue with the motherboard instead? I'm not quite sure what the issue is with this Joycon anymore. I will say that I opened it up and tried to push the connectors for the rail into place, following the rail replacement guide but skipping most of the parts regarding the actual removal of the rail.

Joy-Con: Does Anyone Else Have Issues Stripping Screws?

(Note: By stripped, I mean I backed the screw up to theoretically ensure I wasn't making a new hole, then tightened said screw down. Said screw reached a point where it wasn't flush, but had stopped tightening. Then, said screw began spinning freely in place instead of tightening down at all, and lost all grip.) I recently decided to replace my shells on two of my Joy-Cons (mainly because I somehow stripped one of the screws on the interior that holds the joystick in while replacing said joystick). It was all going well, until I stripped a screw out of the interior of the new shells putting the board back in. (Using a picture from the repair guide, it's the lower of the two screws.)

I'm using the appropriate screwdrivers, only driven by my little ol' hands. Do I need to ask for replacement shells? Would I be better off trying to fill the stripped hole? What am I doing wrong here?
