I have a red colored Keurig Hot Coffee machine,it's more of a basic model with the handle being silver color but rounded in shape not squared, i went through all the steps of "cleaning/flushing" the machine because the water flow was clogged up with coffee grounds. i got everything put back to together no problem_{but now i can't get the handle to close down all the way into the "K-cup area,i turned the machine upside down to get those little screws screwed back in properly to the cover that goes over the water pump on top} but now i can't the lid to close like it did before. Help ! Please. Sorry i don't know the model name, i've only purchased this coffee machine about a month ago, new, from QVC. thanks Kirsten Peck

I am trying to descale my keurig and following all the steps and it won't brew the cup of water. Only the big cup button flashes, I press it and it sits there making a noise like it wants to but won't. Then it shuts off like it brewed it. What do I do?

Suddenly stopped making a full cup - only partial. Ran through cleaning process and this has always worked in the past; however, no luck this time. I am pretty much useless making any kind of repairs and are looking for someone who does. No luck again.

My keurig hasn't been used for awhile. Worked fine last time I used it. Filled it with bottled water turned it on and it runs like its heating then the water light the heating light and the small cup light comes on if I push the cup button then the power light stays on but the rest goes off and it just starts over again.

As soon as a plug it in, there is no message on the menu and water starts coming out as if it's brewing coffee, continues until it's overflowing.

Sometimes when I pull up on the lever to open my Keurig, it feels stuck or jammed. I have to force it and it will finally open with a loud click, which I don't want to keep doing. It feels like something needs to be lubricated. Had anyone had this problem and/or had to lubricate the opening mechanism?

K 40 keuige will cycle once then the cup size that was picked will not reset and can not get another cup from unit? If left off over night, it will recycle then? control board maybe?
