Kodak EasyShare Z740: Formatted internal storage & lost important photos by mistake!

I was the "photographer" for my husband's family reunion this past weekend. I did not have a memory card with me so I let the photos go to the internal storage. When I tried to transfer them to the memory card later, I mistakenly deleted them by clicking on format. I am in big trouble with the family. Does anyone know if these can be recovered?

I've recently recieved this camera, It didn't come with any charging cables so I looked to find one, only to find out that apparently you're supposed to charge the battery externally?

Is this true? Can't I just charge the battery with an AC plug or USB?

I haven't used it for a long time. I read on a blog that you can use regular AA batteries, so I inserted two AA batteries and turned it on, but it still wouldn't turn on. Does it need repair?

My Kodak C713 LCD screen remains blank. The camera does record pictures (I've checked using a card reader). I have tried all buttons and functions and am using new AA batteries. What can I do?

To get the pictures onto my desktop I remove the card, plug it into my SD slot on the computer. The folder that opens has thumbnail files next to every picture. I have to click every individual file to delete it as they are all in numerical order. Or, select each picture and drag it into another folder to separate them from the thumbnails. Most infuriating.

Is there a way to stop this? Never had it on any Nikon or Samsung camera before, why Kodak?

Kodak EasyShare DX7590: My Dx7590 dropped on the ground and does not AF focus anymore.

I dropped my Dx7590 on the ground and AF focus does not work anymore. Whenever I pressed the focus key half way, the AF light is red and all image is blurred. Is it possible to fix it by myself and how? Thank you so much.

I found an old Kodak Easyshare Z712 IS camera. It came with an in-package kodak rechargeable battery supply. I put the battery in and was able to take pictures for about 20 minutes before they died. I purchased a charger for the camera on ebay. The camera will run with the charger plugged in, but when it is removed the camera turns off. The camera will run on the charger even if the battery pack is removed. I also tried normal AA batteries and the camera will run on those. The charger does not seem to be charging the batteries, is there anything I can do?
