LG G2: After replacing Digitizer no calls, ERROR 9993?

I replaced my LG G2 (Verizon VS980) Digitizer and now cannot send or receive calls. Can recieve and send texts. wasn't reading Sim card at one point, but now does. Airplane mode not an issue. I tried to call VM and cannot leave a message.

Verizon tells me I need to get a new phone....

I was able to send a call and recieve a call once the day i switched back to the LG G2 from my old phone. ten minutes later...no more calls.

LG G2: hand free symbol appearing, how ever it is not connected

i have a problemwith my LG g2, handfree(ear phone) symbol is appearing beside wifi symbol, without connecting handfree...i try many times to remove this by connecting hand free(ear phone) but still it is appearing on the screen n i can not hear sound from speaker....any one help me..???

LG G2: LG G2 - can fixing cracked screen damage GPS

Screen cracked and was repaired at a local shop. approx 2 weeks later, I tried using Waze and Google Maps with no luck. Im getting an error - NO GPS showing approximate location. after going back to store, they said there is no way that the work they did could cause the issue. Im sure the apps worked - I used them to get to the store...Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, I tried using AGPS etc with no luck. Things are alittle tough now and a new phone is not an option - I need the GPS for work. Thanks

My LG g2 will be charged but die quickly. Whether I'm doing something on it or not. I'll be at work and take it out of my pocket at the end of the day and it will be at like 20 % . also- recently it has been rebooting itself. I'll be doing something on it and it will freeze then go black and then turn on like it would normally. I don't know why its doing this or how to fix it.

LG G2: Strange behavior flex charging cable

Hi, i have the following issue with the charging flex board.

Hoping to be clear

1) I have 2 G2, one is working (A) and the other one isn't working (B)

On B the red led is blinking if I plug th phone to the supply charger

2) I swap 2 flexes board

Result: now both G2s are working

Basically A with the flex originally in B (that wasn0t working) now is working

And B is working with the flex originally in A (that already was warking)

3) I partially disonnect the flex ffrom the A (remind, it is working with B flex that at the beginning wasn't working), I place correctly various sensors, I connect again the flex: now it isn't working

If I switch 2 flexes, I have the same behaviour of point 1

It is quite clearly the 2 G2s are working but it seems the flex that originally was in B has some issue... what I'm not able to explain myself is the reason why at the beninnig, the first time I switched 2 flexes, both were working but after partially disconnect and then connect again it wasn't working again.

Someone had some similar experience/suggestions?

Hello, I broke my LG G2 digitizer and tody I got it fixed by a local repair shop. The display was fine when I received the phone. But after coming home, when I turned my phone on. I saw that the screen was very dim and the sides of the display were black. I could also see some black dots on a white background. Every thing is dark on the display even with full brightness. Does someone knows that what could be the problem. Is it the new display unit which is causing problems or is it the bad fixing of the display unit which is the cause for such bad display. Any help is appreciated.

When i bought it and strt using wifi this message has appeered for long time but i have ignored."hands free activation"

Then suddenly while i was tring to open wifi it was flashing"like it's turning on and off on and off" and can't use the wifi at all

LG G2: Touch not working after USB flex replacement

Hello,

I have a LG D802 EU unlocked and noticed that it wont charge anymore, so I ordered a replacement flex cable. Sadly, I ordered one for the D801, which I didnt notice at first.

So I replaced the flex cable, it charges again but the problem is that the touchscreen does not work properly anymore (sometimes there are 'ghost touches', so it physically still works).

After a lot of googling, it seems that the problem is that the connector on the right side of the flex is responsible for the screen and is the part that seems to make problems. [Red on the picture]

Another problem is that the one connector on the left side does not fit, as the 'hole' is bigger on the D801 model. [Yellow on the picture]

Is there anything I can do? Maybe using parts from the original flex cable I have, like only the upper things?

I have tried unplugging/replugging the red connector already.

I was using my phone and turned off my phone because i wasnt going to use it anymore. I turned it off and then the LED light kept blinking with the colors blue and green. I didnnt think of it much but i tried to turn it on and it one turn on. What do I do?

LG G2: LCD - half grayed with some glow after use

My LCD screen was half grayed-out. At times, after some usage, the grayed out part may "glow" white/red/and some other random color or stripes. But these will never go pass the gray area.

There is no issue with touch or whatever, this seems to be a display problem...any idea?

LG G2: Water damage; buttons switched functions

This one is strange...

Recently my G2 got in a bit of water.

While it still works perfectly, strangely enough, the functions of the buttons switched or something.

For example, when clicking the volume up button the volume does not only go up but down as well, so you can't really control the volume. The same with the volume down button.

The power on/off button keeps it function but also lowers the volume.

So what exactly happened beneath the hood?

I also want to eventually open the back, so I'd appreciate if you told me what to look for and how to fix it.

From time to time the Audio just disappeared. This happend to me only in Cyprus.

LG G2: Phone stuck in bootloop before&after factory reset

Phone randomly rebooted and got stuck on LG screen with flashing notification light. I can turn it off with down+power button. I can enter recovery mode, and choose to clear cache, delete all data, reboot, etc. i also get the dead android & red triangle screen.

After choosing to erase all data, the screen goes black for a bit then reboots and gets stuck in bootloop again. I need my phone but not sure what to do to make it useable?
