LG K7: Why wont my lgk7 factory reset

My phone will not factory reset...i rooted then was having trouble out of king root so i was in process of changing it over to kingo root and super su...evidently i opened a file meant for windoes n the phone crashed..didnt get stuck in boot loop but it will power up and then it moves slowly for a minute or two til it finally freezes.so i go to factory reset and it goes thru the motions but comes back on not reset ..i try to hard reset it fron the volume up key and power i get the factory reset screen but when i touch yes it just simply cuts my phone back on.what have i done??how do i fix it...i love my k7 its so user friendly.

I bought two earphones but the right side never worked and turns out when I used the two ear phones to my computer it works perfectly thats when I started realizing it was my phone that isn't working its &&^&^$^ stupid

I was bowling with family and had my phone in a purse. When I took it out it had a small to medium black spot on it. What can I do to fix it or where do I go to fix it cheap.

So I dropped my phone and I got a little bit of cracks and a "black spot". I really need to fix it but not for over 100 dollars. The black spot is a small to medium.

i had a question about what this golden contact sticker does for the phone. i received a screen replacement (purchased from ebay) that has the plastic backing on the screen, but it is missing this piece in the red square. i can only assume it's important, can you please tell me what it is for? thank you.

LG K7: My phone's turn on off switch and volume buttons arent working

The turn on off switch somehow controls the volume and my volume control buttons arent working because the screen shows the volume always going up or silent and I cant control the sound at all

Btw I touched it with wet hands

I have a LG K7 smartphone. When the phone was purchased I did not know what to do with it, so the sales person at the Metro PCS store set up this phone with a G mail account that was not mine and needless to say the same salesperson is no longer at the store (At the time I didn't have a G mail account) In my photos I started getting nude photos of male genitalia at full attention and female body parts from head to toe. These photos were very very lewd and I don't know who these people are. So there was a place that said do you want to delete this g mail account click here... so we did. I am 68 years old and my wife is 62 and was not aware that deleting the google account would render the phone useless. How can this be repaired and what is the cost< where do we send it. I use my phone for work as I am a driver for a company that I must be able to use maps etc. Please assist me with this because I have tried everything with METRO PCS AND CAN GET NOTHING OR NO RESULTS. Which leaves me no alternative but to try to get it repaired.

I bought the phone used. When I try and set it up it wants the old users Gmail and password. I have no idea how to get in touch with the old user. Is there any way around this problem, or am I just SOL.

To whom it may concern,

I bought the LG K7 only a few months ago and absolutely loved it. It did everything I needed it to do. Just recently I have been having issues with MMS messages and not being able to receive them. I have contacted my service providers and we have troublshooted all the issues possible with mobile connections and apn settings and still they are not working. I can only assume it is the phone now. I need MMS messaging for my job and I have spent my hard earned money on this product which is now failing me. I am trying to figure out my options and what else I can do before having to spend money again on a new phone when I have only had this one a few months. Please help.

lg k7: Why does only the backlight turn on?

I have had this only for less than a month but this problem has been going on for a while now. I constantly have to keep my phone screen on because if the screen is turned off the screen will not turn back on until like 45 mins later. I constantly press the power button and constantly take the battery out and turn the phone back on but why doesnt the screen display work!? I can see the backlight only and this is so frustrating I want to cry.

I have a MetroPCS phone to which I change the main board for a t-mobile main but everything else remains original the thing is the screen worked fine for like 5 minutes then it went black (backlight working)so I want to know if they are different.

I have nothing in my download file but when I look in my storage it says downloads 578 MB. So I click on it and there is nothing there! I can't update my device because I have no memory. I have a SD card mounted. And only 3 aps on my phone.
