Logitech UE Boom: UE BOOM 2 Doesn't Turn on But Charging Light is On

My UE BOOM 2 has a charging light (white) when plugged in but it isn't turning on. The reset didn't work

This happened after I put in in 2 feet of water for the first time. I took it out and we used it for about 5 hours after that and it worked great. It went to low battery in that time, I recharged it and it was still working fine.

I didn't use it for a couple hours and later that night I couldn't turn it on and it was just making a weird buzzing noise all night and all day the next day.

Now there is no noise. Only the light when charging

If amine could help me I'd really appreciate it.

When away from speaker and iPhone 5 connected thru Bluetooth. The volume will spike without any manual adjustment.

Started having to keep it low so when it does increase unexpectedly so it's not too blast....

My UE Boom speaker has suddenly dropped from approximately 80 percent charge to 20 and now it won’t charge more. The speaker is charging but still says 20 precent on both vocal message and app.

UE Boom was handed down to me. Original owner said it "stopped working".

Plug in micro-USB cable, and saw a white LED light up for one second. There has been no other reaction since. No smartphone has been able to discover the Boom.

I believe what happened did so suddenly. I am not sure if the Boom suffers from a dead battery or other problem.

I will continue to wiggle the USB cable, but I'm not expecting changes in behavior

What else should I examine if/when I take the Boom apart?

Hi, my UE boom 2 is turning on and connecting via Bluetooth but it makes no sound at all. Not even the on/off tone. Can you help? I've only had it 6 months!

I dropped my UE mega boom speaker and now its dented. I can live with it but it sounds like the speaker is hitting the dented part with heavy base. Is there an easy fix?

Hi there

I have a ue boom speaker [3] and i wanted to change the tone, i downloaded the app, the guidelines said that i had to connect it to bluetooth so i did that. But then the app isn't regestering thats its there! My device is all up to date [ so is the app ] the speaker is fairly knew. If anyone knows please tell me.

Heard sound distortion and “noise rattle” last time it worked. It charges, turns on, connects bluetooth but no sound. Does not make connection chime sound anymore either. I’m assuming the speaker blew? Everything else works. How do I fix or sell so someone else can refurbish?

My UE Boom will not charge, I’ve tried different power button/volume button combinations and it still won’t work. I go to charge it and nothing happens, only the red light flashes. I put the charger into my Xbox because it’s got a USB input in the back and that didn’t charge it. What should I do?

My UE Boom speaker plays only when i plugged it into charger, however when i charge it, the battery was shown at 70/80/100% I have bought this speaker 5 month ago. So i don't think that its battery needs replacement. Please fix it.

My UE Boom turns off by it's self, I was thinking it died, I put it on the charger.

Well the charging light isn't on and the pairing light is on constantly. I have tried the factory reset or default reset many times and nothing has made it budge.

I don't know how to fix it, any ideas?
