I just got my nutribullet rx, and it does not stay on. When I hit the power button, the blue ring turns on, but right when I release the light turns off. The blender works when I hold the power button down, but it doesn't stay on.

How do you take the stacking blade out of the nutri bullet express.instructions do not say.its ok I found out myself you have to turn the black knob underneath the jug it will click

I also accidentally plugged my newly bought nutribullet from the USA into a higher voltage socket in Ghana and instantly, power passed through making it not function. Can anyone help please? I’m in Ghana and so if anyone has recommendations for a repairer who can get it fixed, I’ll appreciate it greatly.

I have bought Nutribullet ZNBF30500Z model of US with type A plug. I am not able to start the blender with normal adaptor. Is there any specific adaptor required in Hongkong to use the product with US plug. Device is not on the list hence chose available device.

I made a smoothie. Lifted the cup and bottom off the base. Went to unscrew the top so I can drink my smoothie, but it is really stuck. I can’t get to turn at all. Maybe I added too much ice. Need help on unscrewing clear plastic cup from the gray part with the blades.

Magic Bullet NutriBullet: The top base gear is sticking to its base and cease to rotate.

When plugged in the nutribullet does not rotate. I opened it fully thinking the motor winding would have burnt but to my surprise the Base Gear is sticking to its base cup. I tried to remove it but it is so firm it is not coming out. Tried bit of heating the whole thing but it does not. Any clue
