On-Ear Headphone: What's the best way to fix a broken headphone band?

I have a set of Samsung SBH500 Bluetooth headphones that unfortunately have a snapped headphone band. The band is essentially broken into two pieces, preventing me from using my headphones.

What's the sturdiest method of repairing my headphones? I already tried super glue, which worked for 30 seconds before the headphone band broke again. Check out the picture:

Any help or suggestions you may have will be appreciated!

The mic is working inconsistently. When the mic boom is moved the sound cuts.

So loose connection.

Problem is - I can't for the life of me find out how to open it.

I can use the headphones with a cable and charge it too use the bass, but i cant even turn on the Bluetooth mode, i hear nothing, like it never had Bluetooth. when i go to charge it though, i only see a red light no matter how long its been charging. I really want to fix this problem since they are good headphones and i have very bad luck with cables, so any assistance would be great.

I dropped my beats and after I dropped them the speaker would go in/out so I assumed a wire was loose. Open them up a few weeks later and everything looks to still be soldered together…Is there a way to tell if the speaker is the culprit?

The mic has stopped working on my Kotion EaCH headset. I cannot find a diagram anywhere. It’s on a 4 pole jack but there are only 3 wires: blue, green, and copper (assumed ground). I want to replace end but I don’t know which wire is the mic. Help?

On-Ear Headphone: Can I solder broken wire back on using the old solder blob?

Hi! My headphones broke on one side. I can see the broken wire inside the ear cup and was wondering if I could just melt the solder that's there and push the wire back in. (after snipping the wire). I've never soldered before and don't know much about electronics.

On-Ear Headphone: Sony WH-H900N h.ear headphones stop charging after 1 minute

Hi, all.

I have a pair of Sony WH-H900N h.ear headphones that are around 3.5 years old.

Lately the charging function has started to play up. They’ll be plugged in to charge, but won’t charge to 100%.

I assumed it was the battery, so following some instructions on IFIXIT, I ordered a replacement battery and replaced it.

Unfortunately, it seems the battery itself is fine, as the issue persists.

The charging light comes on when the headphones are plugged in to charge, but then only stays on for around one minute and then it stops charging. This is intermittent, as if I keep trying, it occasionally charges for longer and might get as high as 70% charged.

I’ve experimented with various charging cables and it’s definitely not a cable issue.

The most success I’ve had is when I put it on a very short cable so that the headphones are sort of hanging a little bit with some of the weight pulling slightly on the cable/port. It could just be coincidence that it’s worked mostly when they’re positioned like this.

I’m assuming it’s either the charge controller or the port that’s the issue.

Has anyone had experience with this who could point me in the right direction to try to fix them? They’re ridiculously expensive headphones, still in really good condition, and I’d really like them to last longer.

So I got these synchros s400 bt and for some reason when I go to charge the light around the port goes red and stays red. I dont know what's wrong.
