Whenever I go and press my power button the ProScan tablet still won't turn on.

-I have charged the tablet numerous times and it still won't turn on.

-I have attempted to do a factory reset but the screen won't turn blue and the options menu doesn't pop up.

Please let me know if it can be a problem with the motherboard or the battery it self.

-I have tried plugging in my charger with the tablet to several outlets in my home but it still won't charge.

-I have tried replacing my charging cable and wall adapter but that doesn't seem to be the issue.

-I have attempted the factory reset but that didn't help.

I was wondering if it could be an issue with the charging port or the battery itself. Any Ideas?

I’ve forgotten the pattern unlock. It tells me to put in my google account information to unlock it but that doesn’t work either. How can I just completely reset or wipe clean my proscan plt7223g

My ProScan isn't connecting to my wireless internet

-I have tried restarting the modem and router and it still won't connect.

-I have restarted my tablet, however, it still isn't connecting to the Wi-Fi.

-I tried the factory reset on my ProScan but won't connect.

Is this a problem with my Modem/router or my tablet?

ProScan Tablet: will a crack in the scren stop the touch screen option

I stepped on my Proscan PLT8802G and cracked the screen. There are 2 cracks and they start in the same place , right above the jack where you plug the key board in. 1 crack goes to one side and the other one goes to the other side. I can turn it on and it charges but that is all. The key board does not work and the touch screen option does not work. When I touch the screen I can see the screen gets darker where I'm touching it but nothing gets activated. What can I do to fix this Please and Thank you very much
