Just bought the rca 10 viking pro tablet. I changed he so sleep settings to never sleep. But it sleeps every 10 seconds of inactivity. I've tried every setting still no change. Can not figure out how to stop it from going to sleep

With the battery removed and the charger connected, is there any reason why the terminal posts where the battery would be attached should show 0.0 voltage? My logic suggests there should be some sort of charging voltage??

My touch screen works but the key board that attaches to the screen portion dose not work at all , worked a couple of times..but will not function, bought a second key board and attached it and still nothing....and no more warranty waited to long

RCA 10 Viking Pro RCT6303W87DK: Why won't my tablet fully turn on?

So I went and bought a brand new RCT6303W87M Viking pro from Walmart and the next day I put it on the charger overnight. The next morning I unplugged it and turned it on. When the screen lit up it only showed the wallpaper for about a second and then went to a black screen. It continued to do this until I held the power button and the power options came on and I turned it off. Then I tried to turn it back on and it did everything normally until it got to the Viking Pro animation. It repeated the animation over and over until I turned it off. I factory reset it but it did nothing. Can someone help?

Even when I make sure to set my screen brightness as low as it will go the screen auto brightens five seconds later back to about 60 percent brightness
