When I power on my tablet, the first window that appears is RCA powered by android. The next window is Viking Pro which remains on my tablet without booting further. Please how can I fix this problem

I did a factory reset on my rca Galileo pro and reboot . Now it wont let me go thru the set up it keeps taking me back to the wifi screen but I check the wifi and says excellent signal. What can I do

my tablet has to be CONSTANTLY REFRESHED, and slow.ive had since jan. and have factory reset 3 times ,but nothing helps.i dont have alot of apps on it,i use it for internet for doing research. i dont use it to play games or downloadeing music,videos or any thing of that nature. i use it for emails,pintrest, and this sort of thing. im on it about

20 hours a week.

i love it but not like this.im a 60 yr. and have learned how to use computers by way of trial and a whole lot of errors! so i dont know a whole lot of the lingo! can you PLEASE help me out? ( i have been known to spend 19 hours straight when haveing issues with it so im not giving up)

Bought a rca Voyager 3 tablet on Facebook site an I have done the factory rest 4 times I go start the setup after connecting to my wifi it ask for my Google account I put it in then if wants the previous Google account. Can I bypass that some way I have no idea what it is bought it used?

Its so supper slow it takes me hour half to write a sentence on a forum also says I'm running out of space tried factory reset lost lot of pics did not help also got a lot of spam in my mail also on a BLU phone got popup ads on everything cant even make phone call pops up before I can get to key board prevents number click option also I have a SD card nothing goes to it if I could put apps on it would save space how do I force move to SD?
