Whenever I turn my phone off and turn it back on, the screen goes blank. The only way to get it to come back on is to cover the proximity sensor with my hand and then remove it. I visited iFixit.com to help resolve the issue, but they are asking me for a title to describe my problem."

For example, my phone has a total storage capacity of 64 GB, but the storage statistics only show:

1.2 GB used by apps
168 MB used by photos
71.6 KB used by audio files
359 MB used by videos
124 KB used by Excel documents

However, my phone still indicates that 62.3 GB out of 64 GB is already used.

What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?
