Given the restrictions now on transportation of Lithium Ion batteries, how does one get a replacement battery in Australia? They are available overseas but I am yet to discover how to get one sent to me in Australia. I actually have one for my 830 (acquired before restrictions came into being) but would love to have one for 950 and 640.

I purchased a so-called 'Refurbished' Nokia 1520 with a description written by the seller stating the screen has 'white spots'. I was wondering if the white spots are directly related to the LCD and if there are quality replacement parts I can purchase to start my own refurbishment of the phone.

I push my camera button and it tells me unfortunately camera stopped. On messenger it says close all other camera apps first.

Nokia Lumia 1020: Can I repair the rear camera without replacing it?

the rear camera did not work before and I replace it but within less than three months the new one is not working. the problem is that the focus is not working so the picture is blurred and if I try to take a picture of a note or a page of a book, the only thing I can see is the lines without being able to recognise even a letter.

Is there something that I can do?

I have a problem in my lumia 1020. My little sister threw it in the floor and it died . It never work . I tried to turn on the phone but , I don't get a response. When I charge it light shows from the start button

And disappear after few seconds.

What do I have to do?

If I need to change components, what are their names? Can I buy them from the Internet ?

Nokia 1520 phone, wifi speed is ~250Kbps

Nokia 630 phone, wifi speed is ~12Mbps

Windows 10 Desktop, wifi speed is ~14Mbps

All these devices use the same wireless router.

Why is my Nokia 1520 so slow ?

My camera or it's shutter make little noise that result in some really disturbing noise after video recording. But camera is working normally.
