Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller Series 2: Why is there something rattling around under my right trigger?

If you were to shake my controller, you could hear something that sounds like a screw rattling around inside. Sometimes when I pick it up and try to pull the right trigger at seemingly presses against whatever is rattling around and cannot fully be pulled. Anyone have a link to a tear down good for the controller just so I can get inside.

Xbox One Wireless Controller Model 1537: How to fix a right analogue stick

My right analogue stick has a constant pull upwards causing ingame characters to look up constantly, the left analogue stick is working perfectly, I took the controller apart to see if theres any damage on the module but it looked pristine. In the image I added it shows the controller when I am not touching it and shows the offset amount, Y rotation is the right analogue sticks vertical input and X rotation is its horizontal input, I have tried multiple times to calibrate it to no avail. Does anyone know whats wrong with it or a fix for it?

Xbox One Elite Wireless Controller Series 2: What are the batteries underneath the battery for?

I'm talking about the two silver circular batteries that sit underneath the actual rechargeable battery. I included a photo.

I'm dealing with a controller that suffered water damage but would power on when it was plugged in. I wanted to open it up and see if I could just clean it out to get the battery charging but if not planned to replace the battery. Cleaned it up, put it back together and now it wouldn't turn on even when plugged in. Now that I replaced the battery and the battery contacts, it still does not power on. I did notice discoloration (burn marks?) on one of the circular batteries underneath. Short of the actual board being bad this is the only thing I could think of but I'm not sure exactly what their function are and if could cause this issue.

Xbox One Wireless Controller Model 1708: What is easier to replace? The expansion port or the motherboard?

The expansion port on my controller stopped working, haven't opened it up but It is definitely the expansion port (the 3.5mm adapter works just fine in other controllers) I was wondering if the best option for fixing it would be replacing the single port or the whole motherboard.(I have no idea which one its connected to)
