ZTE ZMax Pro: What's causing my charger not to keep connected

When I plug the charger in I have to wiggle it for it to start charging. Sometimes it flickers on and off and sometimes it doesn't charge . Is it the cord is it the phones connection port? How do I check it, how can I fix it?

I got the new update this Saturday (May 20th,2017) and updated my phone.

So far I have one problem. When I get a text message my notifier says I have a text message but it doesn't show up on my screen as having any messages.

How do I either fix it or go back to the previous version?

Hello!

I recently treated my phone quite badly and it resulted in a cracked screen a a partially broken LCD. Thats why im trying to repair it myself. Ive got most of it figured out except for the actual , opening of the phone part.

There are no visible screws I can access from the outside and im quite confused. I’ve seen a spanish video of someone I guess.. “cutting “ the back open very precisely with a Razor but im sure there has to be a different way!

Please help me!

I tried putting in an Aux cord into my phone and i noticed it wasn't fitting into my headphone input, so i slightly forced it just a little to go in and while it didn't work i took it out, and inserted my headphones and I noticed that my music was playing but i couldn't hear it through my headphones. I thought it was my headphones for awhile till i actually figured it out that it was the headphone input that wasn't working. I wanna know how can i fix this problem? Can I even fix this problem?

ZTE ZMax: google play store won't open and google play services has gone missing

Everything was fine until yesterday. Google play store icon is there but will not open. Some apps wont open says it needs google play services. When I go to play store on my laptop it looks like google play services is already installed on my phone (cant't pick it on dropdown list).

ZTE ZMax Pro: Home button, app switcher isn't working

Home and app switcher buttons stopped working, but when I tap on them the still make a noise like their working. Aslo when I pull down to look at the short cuts such as the flash light or power saver mode my phone won't let me pull down all the way, stopping at the first 5, wifi, Bluetooth etc. Tried system cache rest which did nothing. Any suggestions?
