My Zeepad is completely frozen and I'm resetting it by pressing the Vol + and Power buttons but it's still frozen. What should I do?

My Zeepad won't move off of the Zeepad screen and won't turn off? I have charged for over 48 hours and if there are too many apps open how do I make it turn on to close them? I am very disappointed in this product have owned for less than a week.

My Zeepad was charging fine but all the sudden I went to plug it in and the charge was really slow. It took much longer than usual to fully charge it.

I had a brokrn touch screen in my Zeepad 7’’

I bought 3 other screens online, I have tried them all but none of them are working ( surprisingly)

Could it be because they were not for Zeepad? I mean when I buy I choose the cheapest digitizer

Or is there a hidden trick in replace process?

I have a zeepad 7.0 that is locked by someone else. I have tried factory reset many times. I get the android on its back but will not do anything else…..not text no matter how many times I press the volume buttons in any order.

when I try to connect to wifi, or a website i get the “unfortunately, com.android.settings has stopped” I cannot reset or restore anything
