iPad Mini 2: Ipad mini not turning on and not being detected by itunes

After I did the screen replacement, the iPad wouldn't turn on, but since its happened to me before I know that i just had to disconnect the battery and reconnect it and would turn on, but it didn't. I then went to go check if iTunes would recognize the iPad,and it didn't recognized it. I've worked with ipad for over a year now, and this has never happened to me. I am for sure that no metal touched the mother board; i only use plastic when it comes to lifting up the cables. Is this fixable? What can I do?

iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi: Screen backlight working but no picture after digitizer replacement

I've replaced a cracked screen, all following the instructions perfectly.

However, when I've put it back together, it boots, back light turns on, but no image is on the screen - no apple logo or anything.

Once on, I can lock and unlock with the power button, and the home button works.

Any suggestions?

It doesn't seem to be the same problem as here: "Th screen stays black after a digitizer replacement"... because it's actually 'lighting up'.

iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi: Why does the screen turn on but then go black?

I have spent days on this and am only asking a question because it seems like my problem is different than any other.

I have an iPad Mini 2 (A1490) that I replaced the screen/digitizer/lcd on. When I was done repairing and connected the battery I tried turning it on and it showed the apple logo and then flashed to black and stay black.

Although it is black, the device is on because when I hold the home button I hear the siri tone and when I hold the power and home button to do a reset, it flashes the logo again and proceeds to turn on again but with a black screen the entire time. I would think if it was the backlight fuse issue that it wouldn’t show the screen with the backlight on at all, which it does for a second when the device is reset or powered on after the battery is connected.

iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi: IPad screen turns on after reset, but not after screen sleep

I just recently replaced the iPad LCD on my iPad Mini 2 and got it working thanks to another person on here. After the repair everything seemed to be going pretty well, up until the point that I pushed the button on the top of the iPad to turn the screen off. I went to turn the screen back on and only the back light was responding. If I wanted to see the screen I would have to soft reset, seven seconds of power + home button pressing, before there would be any information of the screen.

So far the steps that I have taken are:

Several soft resets

Resetting all of the settings

Opening the iPad back up to make sure all of the connections were solid

(nothing changed so I can assume this was true)

Currently the iPad is getting backed up, then it will start a factory reset and I am hoping that this will solve the issue, however if it doesn’t I would like to have a backup plan prepared!

Thank you all in advance!

Edit: Finished factory reset this morning still no change.
