iPhone 4S: Replaced Battery, will not charge even though it shows it is.

I replaced the battery on my niece's iPhone 4S, and attempted to charge it upon completion. Plugged it into a 1A charger and the phone didn't recognize that it, moved the usb to the 2A side of the same charger and it recognized it and showed that it was charging. Next morning the charge showed up less than when I hooked it up, but still showed that it was charging. Tried to reboot phone and hooked it up again to no avail. Tried separate charger and cable same issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I recently just upgraded, and I activated my new phone (iPhone 5s). I tried to reset my old iPhone 4s, but it wouldn't let me sign in to iCloud to delete it, even though I was already signed in. I typed in the correct password the verify that I wanted to reset it, but it just wouldn't let me. I tried turning off find my iPhone as well, but the same problem happened.

My other half had a Iphone 4s which had a cracked screen but was still working fine so we didnt do anything to get it repaired

Yesterday she had the Iphone on her lap and dropped it. Since then the screen wont switch on at all and stays black. When plugged into the charger the screen stays black but the phone vibrates every 10 seconds until you unplug it.

I've tried to research a fix to this without having to pay too much to sort it. I was thinking about buying a replacement screen etc and having ago myself but if this doesnt solve it it seems a waste of time and money.

iPhone 4S: Need phone numbers from sim. Can I use borrow iPhone 2 access?

My iphone 4s is down for the time being. I need to get some phone numbers from my sim if I can. I have access to a family members 4s and tried to plug in my sim and see what happens...maybe my contacts would pop up and I could write them down and pop my sim out not changing anything on this persons iphone....When it powerd on with my sim in place I got reset message of some sort..."after restart or powering back on something needs to reset or be re-set up" something along those lines. I stopped and didnt reset anything...I didn't think I'd be asking this question anywhere at the time so I didn't write down what was being resert exactly....not my phone so I stopped there...May have been no big deal to reset or re-enter whatever it was telling me but I didn't want to change messing up something...any tricks to just getting phone numbes off a sim using a borrowed iphone? An old generic cell of mine?

I've never messed with my sim card before...when an old generic cell would die I'd just throw it away. I had all my numbers written down somewhere...my hand me down iphone is new to me...and I havent backed up any numbers or contacs info yet...I find myself without the iphone for now but need a couple numbers off the sim asap and not a clue how best to go about it or even any experience screwing around with access sim data yadda yadda yadda....anyone have any info or advise? Thanks!

When I call I don't hear them, they don't hear me.

If I activate the loudspeaker they hear me and I hear them.

When I use the microphone for recording sound it works (=it records).

When I listen to recorded sound with my ears, it works (I hear it) even without loudspeaker.

Any advice? Apart from that works perfect since I changed the battery with an fixit one, 1 year ago.

Today it is 31N07D. Did someone substitute the picture to mislead? Are you showing a part from a second teardown? If you still have a copy of yesterday's picture, did it have 32 pins?
