<title><![CDATA[iRobot Roomba 4100: What is the least distructive way to open battery box?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I purchased a set of replacement batteries online but the Roomba battery box seems to be glued shut.  I could open it with a Dremel cutting disc but I was wondering if anyone had tips for opening these boxes without damaging them (I consider cutting through them to be damage).</p>

<title><![CDATA[iRobot Roomba 530: Battery Charging Error "7" on Roomba 530]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Had an old roomba 530 in storage. Ordered an off brand replacement battery to get it working again. Old battery and new battery give charging error 7 from dock and direct plugged. Even tried charging roomba on a Eufy robot charger threw same error on it after a few hours. It acts like it's charging on all chargers all different ways but then about 4 hours into it it throws the error code. I'm pretty confident it's not the charger. Roomba worked fine with the new battery 1st run. Tried to charge in several rooms so it's not an outlet or climate issue.</p>

<title><![CDATA[iRobot Roomba 870: Why is my Roomba 870 only running 20 Minuets?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Okay so i have a Roomba 870 &amp; i also have a 560 ...  i have been charging them and  testing both to see the run times ... My 560 runs for an hour sometimes more ... But my 870 Dies with in 20 Minuets &quot;( .... Ive done everything to troubleshoot this issue ... Ive switched batteries between the 560 &amp; 870 ... 870 still dies even tho the 560 ran on that battery for over an hour ... Ive even bought a brand new battery ... still dies in 20 minuets ... i have used 2 different docking stations, which work fine on my 560 and they do charge the 870 so i know that can't be the issue ... I have done the 30 Second reset holding the power button with the battery in &amp; out ... I am loosing my mind trying to figure this out, If anybody has fixed this or knows WTH is going on PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Help me out !!!</p>

<title><![CDATA[iRobot Roomba 620: IRobot Roomba 620 wheel replacement]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a iRobot Roomba 620. I turned it on one day and it wheeled around in a big circle. After about 30 sec. it says, “error 10, spin wheels etc”. I did that, nothing. I order brand new wheels components, put them in, reset by holding down the “spot &amp; dock” buttons.</p>

<p>I took the new wheels out again and I noticed both spun the same until I put them in. The left on is a bit stiffer. You can hear it too when the motor turns. The free-er one has a higher motor sound.</p>

<p>This is where I am stumped. Circuit board?</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>When charging my Roomba 530 it initially flashes amber but after 20 minutes or so then says ‘charging error 5’ &amp; flashes red. The wheels run freely and there are no issues with the docking station. <title><![CDATA[iRobot Roomba 650: Why does Roomba 650 turn off before returning to charging station?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I programmed my Roomba 650 to clean at night, and it used to do its job, then return to its charging station.  Lately, however, it has been ending its cycle somewhere else, like along a wall or in the middle of the room. I finally realized the other day that it wasn't finishing the job, it was dying before it got far from the charging station. How can I fix this? I'm not getting any error messages.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Irobot Roomba 980: My roomba will not dock to recharge and goes past the invisible towers]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>HI!</p>

<p>My roomba 980 is only 6 months old, it will not dock to recharge and goes past the invisible walls.  Its carpet boost works fine  and seems to be running well otherwise.  Roomba customer service sucks, they will not repair it because its refurbished (THEY sent me refurbished one after initial purchase came broken).  I have recently serviced it.  Any advice welcome!</p>
