iRobot Roomba 4100: What is the least distructive way to open battery box?

I purchased a set of replacement batteries online but the Roomba battery box seems to be glued shut. I could open it with a Dremel cutting disc but I was wondering if anyone had tips for opening these boxes without damaging them (I consider cutting through them to be damage).

Main Brush stuck (Error 2) after a few minutes even after making sure it's clean, are there any spots or different brushes I need to check? Maybe some hidden parts I have to take out which make the sensors give an error? let me know, thanks

iRobot Braava Jet M6: Irobot brava can't unlock buttons after wifi pw reset

Changed home wifi PW but the buttons on Brava m6 were pet locked. I can't get back into the my to unlock buttons. Need to press to buttons to reconnect to new wifi.

The side brush on my Roomba 650 no longer spins, but drags along the floor with the Roomba. I think the motor could be broken, but am not sure how to fix it.

iRobot Roomba 530: Battery Charging Error "7" on Roomba 530

Had an old roomba 530 in storage. Ordered an off brand replacement battery to get it working again. Old battery and new battery give charging error 7 from dock and direct plugged. Even tried charging roomba on a Eufy robot charger threw same error on it after a few hours. It acts like it's charging on all chargers all different ways but then about 4 hours into it it throws the error code. I'm pretty confident it's not the charger. Roomba worked fine with the new battery 1st run. Tried to charge in several rooms so it's not an outlet or climate issue.

iRobot Roomba 870: Why is my Roomba 870 only running 20 Minuets?

Okay so i have a Roomba 870 & i also have a 560 ... i have been charging them and testing both to see the run times ... My 560 runs for an hour sometimes more ... But my 870 Dies with in 20 Minuets "( .... Ive done everything to troubleshoot this issue ... Ive switched batteries between the 560 & 870 ... 870 still dies even tho the 560 ran on that battery for over an hour ... Ive even bought a brand new battery ... still dies in 20 minuets ... i have used 2 different docking stations, which work fine on my 560 and they do charge the 870 so i know that can't be the issue ... I have done the 30 Second reset holding the power button with the battery in & out ... I am loosing my mind trying to figure this out, If anybody has fixed this or knows WTH is going on PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Help me out !!!

I want to replace the battery pack on an iRobot Roomba 500 series. How do I gain access to the battery pack already installed in the Roomba? I have seen photos of a battery pack purchased from batteryspace.com intended for the Roomba, but not photos showing how to access the battery compartment itself. Thanks, Bob Cochran

The room a works fine but will not dock on it’s on. It keeps going on the dock and then off until battery totally runs out. In doing this the auto vacuum of the debris does not happen. What needs to be done to it or can it be repaired?

iRobot Roomba 620: IRobot Roomba 620 wheel replacement

I have a iRobot Roomba 620. I turned it on one day and it wheeled around in a big circle. After about 30 sec. it says, “error 10, spin wheels etc”. I did that, nothing. I order brand new wheels components, put them in, reset by holding down the “spot & dock” buttons.

I took the new wheels out again and I noticed both spun the same until I put them in. The left on is a bit stiffer. You can hear it too when the motor turns. The free-er one has a higher motor sound.

This is where I am stumped. Circuit board?

iRobot Roomba 530: My Roomba 530 says charging error 5 & flashes red, how do I fix this?

When charging my Roomba 530 it initially flashes amber but after 20 minutes or so then says ‘charging error 5’ & flashes red. The wheels run freely and there are no issues with the docking station. This occurs whether charging via the docking station or independently, how do I resolve the problem?

I charge my Roomba Pet Series vacuum cleaner nightly. Just a couple nights ago it started making a ticking noise while it charges. Its not very loud, but I am wondering if it is harmful to the robot, or if it could have potential danger.

I've had my roomba for about 2 months, and have a Monday-Friday schedule set up for it. Suddenly last week it just stopped going according to the schedule. It still works fine if I press the clean button, but it won't go automatically as per the schedule. What should I do?

I programmed my Roomba 650 to clean at night, and it used to do its job, then return to its charging station. Lately, however, it has been ending its cycle somewhere else, like along a wall or in the middle of the room. I finally realized the other day that it wasn't finishing the job, it was dying before it got far from the charging station. How can I fix this? I'm not getting any error messages.

HI!

My roomba 980 is only 6 months old, it will not dock to recharge and goes past the invisible walls. Its carpet boost works fine and seems to be running well otherwise. Roomba customer service sucks, they will not repair it because its refurbished (THEY sent me refurbished one after initial purchase came broken). I have recently serviced it. Any advice welcome!
