Mobile phone: Phone was manufactured reset and will not complete set up

Phone was manufacturer reset and when I get to the Google section it states " this device was reset. To continue sign in with a Google account that was previously synced on this device" however my son does not remember his email he used so we are not able to continue to set up his phone. What do I do?

Mobile phone: What can be damaged beside LCD when phone takes a impacts

I own a small reputable repair shop will all OEM parts, certified Techs with all state of the art equipments and safety gears. We still come across customers complain for other defects beside LCD. Now I know they are not due to our workmanship but previouse heavy internal damage caused by initial impact. My question is what kind of internal damages could already done and how can I protect my self ?
