computer doesn't bootup once power is on

Hi.

I have HP Mini 110-3720 kao2ca netbook.  one day when I turn

on the computer, the screen on my netbook only shows

a white cursor on the top left corner of the screen.

I can hear the fan going and hard drive feels like it's

working.  I have tried unplug the battery and also power cord to drain all the power.  Also, took out Ram

Memory and put it back to start.  I have also tried to

tap F10 and also tried F11 and F2, but all I get is

a black screen with backlit on and white cursor on top

left of the screen.  It doesn't beep and go into next

stage to show bios.  Is this bad motherboard problem?
