Then clean all parts with a high grade isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and a soft brush. Check for any burned or missing components. Once cleaned download the service manual from [http://www.ifixit.com/Device/Sony_Cyber-shot_DSC-W55#guideList|right here,] on the bottom of the page. Check the three fuses on your board for continuity, replace as necessary. Re-evaluate your camera after the cleaning, checking the fuses and a new set of batteries.
