Yes you can find update on Microsoft website, and two other requirement needed cd/dvd or usb flash drive, if you want to update your xbox vie cd/dvd, so you need to download the file for dvd/cd.

2. for usb flash drive, download a file for usb system & usb flash drive must be fat32 file system otherwise it will not work on xbox 360.
