Carlos, the "gets hot" and gets very loud" leads me to believe that you are having a bad fan. Since you already cleaned it, I would suggest that you once more disassemble your laptop, and clean all the air vents properly. Replace the fan and clean the heatsink. You also want to apply new thermal past to the CPU/Heatsink. Hope this helps, good luck.
