-My problem was that I could not turn on my Samsung device no matter what I tried. After few hours of trying, I found something that might help you. I connected my device to the charger and waited a few minutes. Then I pushed volume+ and the power button. The screen turned on, and it started charging in the Samsung "charging screen."

This problem is very common on Samsung devices. You can prevent this by regularly charging your device. DO NOT LET IT TURN OFF BY ITSELF. Factory reset your device every 3-6 months.

+edit: sometimes your device might think that it is charged when it is really not, so i recommend ether doing the factory reset or getting an app that cleans and refreshes your device.
