Not getting cold at all

We have a 10-15 year old fridge that we moved from our lake place to home.  It worked perfectly before we unplugged it to bring it home.  It sat in our garage for about a week, we then plugged it in and it won't cool at all.  The light comes on inside, but it isn't getting cold.  I don't understand because it worked perfectly before we moved it?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
