I have a modded 360 but got burnt form xbox live,

I have an xbox 360 had the modd chip and all, but they found me out throughxbox live and my modd ship got burnt, baned from xboxlive and now it wont play moast original games, i just need to know if it can be fixed or do i need to buy a new 360?
