I remove the old broken HDMI port and replace it with a working port. I'm 100% successful and this will be a permanent fix (assuming the HDMI cable is inserted carefully!). I can usually get this done and in the mail by the next business day. So if I get it on a Wednesday I can usually get it back in the mail to you on Thursday.
