Hi,

You can try to repair Windows from the Troubleshoot menu. To enter this menu you will need Recovery drive. How to do this, you can see in this video:

Try first with "Automatic repair" or "System restore".

Finely you can made "Refresh your PC". ds.This will safe your personal data but will remove all installed applications.
