Using the 'Bootstrap Approach' troubleshooting to detect the problem. Pull-out one-by-one source components dan switch-ON the power. Started first with battery, harddisk, cdd and RAM. If these approach unchange, the problem came from DC-DC converter or motherboard are faulty.
