Decrypt Bios Encrypted HDD

Hi,

So if any of you have seen my S440 ThinkPad has broken. I can no longer even boot it to the BIOS. I have a 256GB SSD which I want to use via a caddy as an external drive which is encrypted through the bios,  However does anyone know how to decrypt it?
