Why should Apple replace the part only if some people has nearly sounded issue with the unit?

I tell you what. The TG0H error suggest the GPU heat-sink sensor is faulty. You should check in this direction. SNS still means that you have to check your unit according LogicBoard Failures. In this case SNS=Sensor issues. The GCP and CPU heatsinks are the same in this unit.
