Why is my phone need to use charger to access applications?

my phone just soaked by water today, and after i clean it or dry it, it still work!!!, at first the charging port is unusable, but it also work now. and now i get a new problem. if i didn't charge my phone, it cannot access all application inside of zenfone 6, can anyone solve this problem?
