My phone turns on but won't move any futher from google...

Metin:

I would turn on my phone and the first thing that pops up is Google when you press the power button. It then moves on to a colorful X. Recently I have realized that it won't move from Google when it's powered on. I took out the battery multiple times and replaced it nothing works.
