I dropped my motorola x pure and cracked the screen and lcd. So I decided to buy a replacement and do the repair myself as I had done with plenty other devices. When i turned my phone back on after the repair this is what i saw. Half the screen has shrunken in size??? I then went back and cleaned all the connections with alcohol and that didn't help at all. I thought maybe I received a defective screen so I reinstalled my original screen and now that one has the same problem too. What did I do wrong? The digitizer works perfectly fine as if it wasn't shrunk at all. If i want to open chrome I just touch where the app should be instead of where it is on the screen.
