My Jawbone Jambox wasn't responding (no charge light, unresponsive to on/off switch). I fixed the issue by doing the following:

# Ensured power switch was off
# Held down the round button on top
# Plugged in a powered USB charging cable

Now it's working 100% as expected. HTH.
