Depending on which Samsung gear you have you can remove the band and replace it . The bands can be purchased on amazon or ebay and instructional videos are available on youtube . That being said yours is the first model Samsung put out and the band is part of the backing and cannot be replaced. Samsung figured out there flaw and on all the ones after this one they made the bands replaceable. Sorry but I guess you have a pocket watch now or you could Red Green it and use duct tape
