I was actually having issues with the speakers but I could listen just fine with a headset before I decided to restart.
A blue screen flashed briefly followed by a launch start up repair or normal launch choices. Naturally I took the repair route and now I'm looking at a black screen with nothing but my cursor to look at and move around.
I wonder if this is normal and if it is, how long does it take?
