I have this problem too. My solution is to have an USB keyboard and mouse plus an external monitor and use my MacBook Pro merely as a desktop computer.

When I do get in somehow (after numerous retries...) I run the following command to disable my keyboard:
''sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBTopCase.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleUSBTCKeyboard.kext/''

Anyone have an idea for that? Should I use crontab? How?
