Why are all the sounds muted on my speaker?

Hey, this is my second ueboom . I love the speakers but I have a problem .

I've been using this for about a month and today it has no built in sounds  and no sounds via Bluetooth or aux cord.  It shows up and syncs with the phone but no sound and even via aux it does no sound.. I've tried to do the hard restart and nothing :( Please help
