Sony camera Cybershot DSC-H300
My 10 year old daughter somehow turned off her camera with the lens stuck in the "on" position.
Each time we turn on the camera, the CYBERSHOT logo just stays on the screen and the lens does not move.
Please help as we just purchased the camera and she needs this for her summer school photography class.
