@aclee ,Arthur, Try reseting the fuel pump shut off switch pg. 48 of the manual(1st link below), check fuses and relay. Did you change the pump on the assumption it was bad or did you know it was bad. Have you tried to pull error codes(light does not have to be on to have trouble codes). Do you hear the fuel pump cycle when you first turn the key to the on position. Try spraying an ounce of fuel or use starting fluid directly in the throttle body and see if it starts and runs until the fuel depleted. I have seen new pumps that were faulty, clogged fuel filter, bad wires/plug/ground for pump, pinched damage fuel line, crank sensor faulty, etc.,etc.. If you have a way have the truck scanned for trouble codes as this may help pin point the issue. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts, etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track. Also see the links below for a lot of good trouble shooting ideas or crank no start condition. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
